What we collect
- Details you send us in the quote and contact forms: name, company, email, phone, message and any file or BOQ you attach.
- The list of products you add to your quote, which is stored in your browser until you submit it.
- Chat messages with the assistant, if you use it (see “AI assistant” below).
- Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the site.
AI assistant
If the on-site assistant is switched on, the questions you type and its answers are processed by an AI model provider to generate replies, using only our product catalog and guides. Do not enter confidential or personal information in the chat. We keep the conversation (without your IP address) for 30 days to maintain the service and answer follow-ups, and attach the transcript to a request if you choose to send one to our sales team. AI answers can be wrong: a sales engineer confirms every quotation. To have a conversation deleted, write to sales@gon.ge.
How we use it
We use your details to answer your request, prepare quotations and deliver orders. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decisions.
Sharing
Data is shared only with service providers that help us run the site and process requests (hosting, email), and when required by law.
Retention and your rights
We keep request data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting contract, and as required by law. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to sales@gon.ge.
